Delivery by own truck from Rainbow
For large dimensions items, additional $ min. 60.00 to be charge if total amount is less than the min. order amount for free delivery.
If Island district or far location, additional cost to be quoted after reviewing the detail address.
For oversea shipment, our staff will reply the ship cost after checking.
If send to house in far village, need add additional $ 60, price can be negotiated if customer can provide photo, map for seaching the location. Company have the right to make final decision.

Note :
Any arguement of min. order value, Rainbow Care Centre keeps the final decision of the value.
For building which are no lift service and need walk by stair, Rainbow Care Centre reserve the right to charge for the extra delivery cost for walking up stair.
If during delivery, our driver cannot contact or no response from receiver. It is result in 2nd delivery. Customer should pay $ 60 for redelivery cost.
For there is parking fee involved, receiver should pay the fee to our driver.

Deliver by Courier
If customer cannot meet the min. free delivery order value, customer can use courier if the volume of items are small. Receiver should pay the couier charge by customer.
Delivery to SF station, locker or commerical address, cost is $ 22 to $ 28 if below 3 KG on condition meet the dimenion requirement, otherwise, additional cost will be added.
For SF express sending to residential address or far location, SF will also request to add addtional cost $ 30.

Time for Delivery:
If items are in stock, it takes about 2 to 5 working days for delivery. Our staff will let you know the estimate schedule after checking the stock status.
